Tasting Notes and Scores

Bordeaux Index

Along with the traditional juniper and coriander notes is a remarkable black pepper, masala, ginger biscuit character along with the balancing freshness and bitterness of home-grown elderflower - which shows especially well in a Martini. Make no mistake, this is not your standard, one-dimensional, crisp, sharp gin: it is a 44% spicy blockbuster well worth a “slurrup” - as they might say in Northamptonshire.
