The 2003 Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Etienne Gonnet blanc reveals honey, peach, and pear characteristics, as well as citrus oil and surprising minerality. A restrained touch of oak adds to this wine’s complexity. This white should be consumed over the next 1-3 years.
