Reyneke is a leading light in South Africa when it comes to farming with an unwavering focus on soil health, biodiversity, and worker welfare. Based in the granite-rich Polkadraai Hills in Stellenbosch, their terroir produces incredible, ageworthy Syrah, Chenin, Sauvignon, and Bordeaux varieties. One of the very few producers in the Cape to be certified biodynamic, viticulturist and owner Johan Reyneke supports neighbouring growers seeking to work with regenerative principles in their vineyards. Undoubtedly a South African “First Growth”, and one of our personal favourites.
