Office Manager

London, United Kingdom l Full Time l Office based 5 days a week 

Role Overview

We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Office Manager to ensure the smooth daily running of our London HQ office. This is a varied and hands-on role at the heart of the business supporting both office management and administration functions, with a view to helping to coordinate travel and diaries, and helping deliver events and company projects.

You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and suppliers, oversee the day-to-day running of the office, and provide general support across operations and administration. This role suits someone who enjoys a busy, dynamic environment and takes pride in creating a welcoming, efficient workspace.

This role also has the potential to develop into a Personal Assistant position supporting director level, with scope for tailored training and progression for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day office management, including facilities liaison, and correspondence with building management and maintenance 
  • Act as first point of contact for visitors, clients, suppliers and external contractors
  • Manage meeting rooms and overall office presentation
  • Coordinate office supplies, post, and deliveries 
  • Oversee cleaners, ensuring the office runs smoothly
  • Support onboarding for new starters and organise staff travel, events, and team activities
  • Manage diaries, travel bookings, and itineraries for senior staff
  • Assist with event coordination, from tastings and client lunches to producer events, including logistics, deliveries, and on-the-day setup
  • Liaise with global offices (BDX, HK, SG)

Who You Are

  • 1–2 years’ experience in an office coordination, administration, or office manager role
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident, approachable, and proactive with strong communication skills
  • Enjoys multitasking and working in a fast-moving, fully office-based environment
  • Team player with a positive, professional, and can-do attitude
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and occasional last-minute requests
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems quickly
  • Any prior PA or diary management experience would be a strong advantage
