With direct access to great wine, sought-after sherry casks, perfect cellars and fine palates the Valdespino family began aging a bit of Brandy de Jerez for their own consumption. We have a tiny parcel of this particularly old brandy that is just spectacular.
Valdespino Family Heritage is extraordinary, it was made using a solera system that dates back as far as the 19th century so it includes eau-de-vie that on average has been aged more than 50 years, some of it is well over 100 years.
It is like an enchantingly elegant mammoth, with concentrated rich smooth sweetness, full of intense sherry-fruitiness developed over several decades in cask.
