Once we get over the shock of 100% whole bunch in cabernet, we find that this has blue roses, cassis and black cherries on the nose. Leaves and undergrowthy notes, too. The palate has a firm, glossy and gently chewy core of dark-fruit flavors with a crinkle-cut tannin texture. Dark plums and chocolate to close. Needs time, but this a fascinating wine. Try from 2022.
