Tasting Notes and Scores
Attractive lemon and gunflint aromas with some restrained creaminess in the background. The palate has a beautifully smooth-honed feel with supple, citrusy fruit fitting in neatly. The acidity is a highlight, pitched just right. Drink now. Screw cap.
James Suckling
Peach and toasted hazelnut aromas mark the nose of the 2017 Burnside Vineyard Chardonnay. It's medium to full-bodied, round yet fresh, with plenty of lime-driven length on the finish. It should drink well for a decade.
