Deep, vivid ruby. A highly perfumed bouquet evokes fresh red and blue fruits, baking spices and candied lavender, and a smoky mineral note builds in the glass. Stains the palate with vibrant black raspberry, boysenberry and spicecake flavors that show bright definition and a firming spine of juicy acidity. Fine-grained tannins give shape and grip to lingering red fruit and floral qualities on the impressively long, nervy finish.
