Tasting Notes and Scores
A lovely nose, great definition with black berries, earth, dried fig and even a touch of Xmas cake. Medium-bodied, good acidity, quite rustic but good balance. Natural, quite peppery and elegant on the no-frills finish. Very fine...

Elegant, medium bodied, bordering on the light side of the style range, this Pomerol wine is already mature and lacks the stuffing for further development. Dominated by bright, red cherries and earth, I'd drink this over the next 5 years to preserve the rest of the fruit. Tasted Dec 2012
