Closed, tannic, and firmly structured, the 2000 reveals chalky tannin as well as attractive plum, prune, and crushed berry fruit with hints of mineral, licorice, and compost. Medium-bodied, firm, and in need of cellaring, it should be at its best between 2007-2014.

Red-ruby. Perfumed red cherry and floral aromas. Sweet, supple and nicely balanced, with red berry fruits shaped and lifted by a fresh herbal component. Finishes with good length and some repeating green elements.
