Inky colour in the glass, and dark blue fruit tones on the nose. Smells cool. So lively and full of energy but at the same time packed full of tannic power and fruit ripeness. Lovely soft sweetness as well as brisk acidity gives the full package. There’s still clear minerality giving a sense of tension so it’s not all about the weight and tannins which gives complexity.
