Tasting Notes and Scores
The 2020 Moulin de Duhart has a bright, vivid nose. A mixture of blackberry, blueberry fruit and crushed violet comes through with time. The palate is medium-bodied with a dab of dark chocolate on the entry. Supple and fresh with a lovely harmonious rondeur on the finish. Good potential.

Merlot-ripe, lightly mineral; full, firm, fresh, finely tannic, a very nice classic balance; red-fruit ripe, clearly mineral-infused, long and elegant and even at the level, a fine, fresh, midweight claret of a gently complexity and good light length. Very nice second wine. Accessible almost immediately. Delicious, classic example. 2025–35+.

53% Merlot, 47% Cabernet Sauvignon. Cask sample.
Supple and round with a light but fine structure. Doesn’t push the boundary but appealing fruit and enough grip to provide a serious edge. (JL)53% Merlot, 47% Cabernet Sauvignon. Cask sample.
