The 2022 de Myrat reveals aromas of caramel, spices, oak and exotic fruits, followed by a moderately weighted, juicy and round palate with bright acids and a delicate, lovely fruity finish. This elegant, classic Sauternes is a blend of 92% Sémillon, 6% Muscadelle and 2% Sauvignon Blanc. This has 150 grams per liter of residual sugar.

88% Sémillon, 8% Sauvignon Blanc, 4% Muscadelle. RS 150 g/l. Cask sample. Appealing aromatically with tropical-fruit notes. Sweet but fruity on the palate, the botrytis providing balance but low acidity evident. (JL)
