77.2 % Merlot, 22.8% Cabernet Franc. 34 hl/ha. 21% of the production. Cask sample. Restrained nose with a chalky-mineral note. Very fine tannins gently swathed in fruit. Some sweetness but energy and freshness as well. Chalky terroir marked. Length and fruit on the finish. (JL)
