Tasting Notes and Scores
Tasted blind at Southwold -06 Bordeaux tasting. Very clean and well defined on the nose. Nice purity here, but just a baby, with plush red-berried fruit, crushed stones and a touch of undergrowth. The palate is medium-bodied with a lattice of fine tannins good depth with real persistency towards the finish. This is very impressive, as one would expect from the best Cotes de Blaye out there. Bravo Francois! Tasted January 2010.
