The 2017 Chambolle-Musigny Les Plantes 1er Cru was a little muted compared to the other crus on the day of my visit. The palate is more expressive, with a confit-like entry and a fine bead of acidity, and quite energetic and vibrant toward the nicely focused finish. Probably one of the earlier-drinking wines from the domaine . Charming, though.
