A discreet touch of wood spice sets off very fresh and bright red pinot fruit that is both elegant and admirably pure. There is a lacy mouth feel to the quite finely detailed middle weight flavors that possess good precision and fine depth before terminating in a naturally sweet and sappy finish. Lovely juice.

Musky red fruits on the open-knit nose. Supple, round and pliant, in a distinctly easy-drinking style. Nicely refined but showing modest nuance to its red fruit flavors. Ready now.

Rich and sumptuous. Lots of pleasure. Round (compared with the Méo-Camuzet wines I have just been tasting). Very flattering and chock full of rather sweet fruit. Great for hedonists. (JR)
