(aging in 90% new oak) Good dark red. Sexy aromas of redcurrant, red cherry, dried flowers and tobacco. Still tight but essentially smooth and gentle, with sound acidity framing the wine's flavors. Conveys a distinct impression of sucrosite The long, palate-staining finish shows intriguing saline tones and very ripe tannins.
