The 2019 Fixin En Combe Roy contains 30% whole bunches. It has a perfumed and floral bouquet, a mixture of blackberry and blueberry fruit. Touches of oyster shell emerge with time, very marine influenced. The palate is medium-bodied with gorgeous red berry fruit and a perfect line of acidity. Slightly granular and persistent on the finish that lingers in the mouth. Superb.
