An almost invisible touch of volatile acidity detracts mildly from the otherwise complex and attractive mix of red currant, plum and violet aromas. There is equally good depth present on the rich, round and minerally large-scaled flavors that brim with dry extract and excellent mid-palate concentration, all wrapped in a mouth coating, powerful and driving finish. This should be terrific in time. Drink: 2025+
