Tasting Notes and Scores

Good bright red. Soil-driven nose currently dominated by smoky, flinty minerality. Sweet, fat and large-scaled, if a bit reduced today. This rather massive wine shows less floral lift and perfume than the Suchots, but a racking should result in more definition and sweeter tannins (Potel rolled the barrels in July).
