The 2023 Chablis Les Preuses Grand Cru is missing some clarity on the nose compared to its peers. The palate is balanced with clementine and apricot notes. It's quite spicy, yet again, this needs more precision and certainly more mineral tension on the finish. The 2023 is par for the course. Tasted blind at the BIVB offices in Chablis.
