Bright medium yellow. Subtle aromas of mirabelle , strawberry and grilled new oak. Concentrated, tactile and firm; in a rather powerful style, showing noteworthy mid-palate energy and cut, but with its fruit in the deep background in the early going. The persistent, gripping finish underscores the wine's impression of firm structure.
