Tasting Notes and Scores

Apple-pie fragrance on the nose, apple-pie sweetness and comfort on the nose, with nutmeg spices, a whorl of mascarpone. Bay leaf, fine tight citrus. Elegant depth of fruit showing the classic smooth, smooth curve and furl of 2023 Chardonnay. Still a lick of boiled-sweet/candy youth on the finish, though. A reminder that it's not quite ready to drink. (TC)
