89-91 NM

The 2024 Pommard Village comes from two lieux-dits on the slope. It has a lifted nose of raspberry and blackberry fruit, with just a pinch of brown spices. Fine definition considering that this is a village cru. The palate is very well balanced, elegant and poised, with a fine backbone of tannins, almost flinty in style but just needs a touch more persistence. An assured Pommard that brims with freshness, one to drink over the next 8-10 years.
