The 2021 Chambertin Clos de Bèze Grand Cru is lovely, wafting from the glass with aromas of cherries, cassis and blackberries mingled with spices and licorice. Full-bodied, rich and layered, it's supple and fleshy, with broad shoulders and a long, resonant finish. WK
