It possesses a crystalline bouquet with lime flower, apricot and that leitmotif of crushed stone. The palate is crisp and taut on the entry. This is a tightly wound, tensile Meursault with real presence and weight in the mouth, fanning out towards the sour lemon-tinged finish that feels so alive. How do they do it?
