Matured in 20% new oak, the 2021 Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseignières is focused and slightly more chiselled than the Le Trézin at this early stage. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, lightly spiced with tension and energy powering through on the finish. This has very good potential.
