Tasting Notes and Scores

92.5 ST

Bright, moderately saturated red-ruby. High-toned spearminty lift to the aromas of black cherry, fresh herbs and violet. Powerful but very dry and laid-back; less velvety than most of the other 2015s at this address. Gives an impression of superripe fruit and high pH but will need serious time in bottle to absorb its strong, granular tannins. These vines were relatively unaffected by drought in 2015, noted Confuron.
