89-91 NM

The 2014 Corton Grand Cru Grèves has a grumpy nose, not smiling as David Croix said. The palate is medium-bodied with fleshy red berry fruit, quite tertiary in style with a tensile, quite steely finish. I like the focus here, the mineral nature on the finish, though it needs to look up the word "charm" in the dictionary.
