The 2021 Chambolle-Musigny Les Amoureuses 1er Cru blossoms in the glass: black cherries, blueberry, hints of date and pressed flowers and quite exuberant. It gains intensity with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with firmer tannins than the aromatics imply, solid and quite structured with decent depth on the finish. Whereas the bouquet is open, the palate politely invites you to be patient. Good potential.
