Tasting Notes and Scores

90-92 ST

Good dark red. Distinctly dark aromas of black fruits and violet. Brisk and penetrating, with a strong mineral spine accentuated by the use of stems. This tactile, classically dry wine is juicier than the Clos Sorbé but also more backward and firmly tannic--more muscular in the early going. Finishes with lingering black fruit perfume.
