Tasting Notes and Scores

Racked to tank mid November and will be bottled before Christmas. 45% whole bunch. Slightly darker hue than the Chambolle and more peppery on the nose. Cool and dark fruited with just the merest hint of floral character. Pretty, in a sober sort of way. Lightly textured and fresh. (JH)
