Tasting Notes and Scores
Good deep red. Lovely lift to the aromas of cherry and rose petal. Sweet, suave and juicy, with terrific definition and class to the bright flavors of cherry, minerals, flowers and spices. Silky and stylish. Mounts impressively on the very long finish, which features suave tannins and captivating lingering perfume.

Sweet spot outstanding. A brilliantly layered nose of impressive depth and breadth speaks of similar aromas as the Combe Aux Moines though this is more Gevrey in character. This is a powerful wine with plenty of mid-palate concentration to the amazingly rich, intense and tautly muscular flavors that culminate in a mouth coating, balanced and astonishingly long finish. A classic Cazetiers with everything that it needs to reward 15+ years of cellar time. Drink: 2025+

Mid crimson. Sweet and beguiling on the nose even if not the most concentrated. Rather polished tannins. Fresh finish. Quite pretty. (JR)
