The 2013 Latricières-Chambertin is the most delicate and ethereal of the Duband Grand Crus. It will be interesting to see if the Latricières puts on weight in bottle. Crushed flowers, sweet tobacco, mint and dried cherries are all laced into the subtle, airy finish. Today, the Latricières is a bit fleeting, but there is good energy throughout.
