The 2021 Gevrey-Chambertin Clos Champ has a respectable bouquet with lively kirsch-tinged red fruit. Fine delineation. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, nicely balanced, straightforward with a touch of spice on the finish. Understated, enjoyable early drinking.
