The 2017 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Charmes is a real success, wafting from the glass with notes of raspberries, cherries, rose petals, dark spices and grilled squab. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, layered and concentrated, with satiny tannins, a succulent core of fruit and an elegant sense of effortlessness that exemplifies the vintage at its best, concluding with a long finish.
