Tasting Notes and Scores
A highly complex and very fresh if restrained nose blends notes of Granny Smith apples plus floral and spice influences that are in keeping with the vibrant, refined and admirably pure broad-shouldered flavors that brim with both minerality and dry extract. There is excellent power and plenty of punch to the well-balanced and focused finish and I very much like the sense of presence this displays. Note that patience will be required but that this should amply reward medium-term cellaring. Drink: 2019+
