The 2020 Saint-Aubin En Remilly 1er Cru has a taut and focused bouquet, red apple and orange pith mixed with citrus peel, an underlying crushed stony scent emerging with aeration. The palate is well balanced with a very subtle creaminess on the entry, fine acidity, touches of tinned apricot and white peach towards the pretty finish. An elegant and refined En Remilly.
