Notes of pear, fresh bread and citrus oil introduce Lamy's 2019 Saint-Aubin La Princée, a medium to full-bodied, layered and chiseled wine that's bright and chalky. Deriving from parcels that largely escaped the spring frosts, it's very classically balanced.

The 2019 Saint-Aubin La Princée has a focused but quite neutral bouquet, fresh and well-defined though not powerful. The palate is sappy on the entry with lime and sour lemon and fine depth. Quite grippy on the finish, and a bit rough around the edges, but there’s lovely salinity here. Closure: Diam
