The 2018 Puligny-Montrachet les Tremblot Haut Densité Haut Densité had just finished its fermentation in barrel yet still had a very focused, oyster-shell-scented bouquet of subtle yellow flower aromas. The palate is underpinned by a killer line of acidity. Very energetic, with notes of sour lemon and grapefruit toward the finish. This is an uncompromising Puligny-Montrachet. Superb.
