Orange peel, white pepper, dried flowers, mint and sweet red cherries are some of the many notes that grace the 2011 Nuits Saint Georges Les Lavières. Utterly impeccable in the glass, with crystalline purity and terrific balance, the 2011 is a model of class. The chiseled, energetic finish is particularly of note.
