Tasting Notes and Scores

Quite full, opulent nose. Quite chewy on the end. Really quite a mouthful. Also tasted 14 Jan 2010. Score 17.5. Drink 2014-20: His only grand cru. Not related at all to other Moreaux in Chablis, his Moreau father came from Brittany. Very muted nose and with lots of density. Tucked in for the moment. But lots here and it should be very interesting so see how it develops. But for value, I’d go for favourite premiers crus. (JR)
