Tasting Notes and Scores
Rather pale cherry-red. Tighter nose features raspberry, minerals, mint and herbs. Leaner and less generous in the mouth; in fact, a bit hard and ungiving, even green. I don't get the same impression of ripeness here, and yet the pH is a high 3.85. Finishes with drier tannins.
