The 2008 Chambolle-Musigny Les Feusselottes is notable for many outstanding qualities, starting with its totally striking, captivating bouquet. Firm yet elegant tannins frame the fruit in this hugely promising yet very young wine. The balance is simply first-class, suggesting the future is very bright.

Bright red with ruby highlights. Extremely primary aromas of blackberry and mint lifted by floral and peppery nuances. Tighter and more sinewy than the Chaignots, with stony minerality dominating the middle palate. Downright hermetic today and not at all generous; this will need a good eight years of patience.
