A lightly spiced nose of red currant cassis and violet aromas is trimmed in soft wood notes that precede the supple and moderately well-concentrated yet relatively fine medium-bodied flavors that possess excellent depth and length in a well-balanced package. Like its 2010 counterpart it is only on the finish does the robustness of a classic Nuits arrive and overall, this is really fine juice with excellent cellaring potential. Drink 2021+
