The king of the cellar is the 2018 Meursault 1er Cru Perrières, a lovely wine that blossoms in the glass with aromas of citrus oil, green apples, fresh peach and white flowers. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and textural, it's built around a bright spine of acidity and concludes with a long, saline finish.
