(20% new oak): Yellow-gold. Slightly reduced aromas of musky, spicy yellow peach and a suggestion of minerality. A fat, thick style leavened by racy acidity, with its oyster-shell minerality giving it an almost austere quality in the context of this vintage. Finishes with stony minerality and surprising acidity.
