Potel vinified part of this cuvee Red-ruby. Sauvage, superripe aromas of black raspberry, minerals, roasted pepper and game. Silky and supersweet in the mouth, with great volume and fullness for a 2000. Old-viney texture like liquid velvet. Finishes with sweet tannins that coat the teeth and palate. This is real grand cru Clos Vougeot.
