A soaringly pure and elegant nose features a beautiful mix of wood spice, natural spice and red berry fruit aromas nuanced by both hints of soy and hoisin that complement perfectly the pure, refined, minerally and intense flavors where the complexity of the nose resurfaces on the mineral-driven, linear and driving finish. Good deep red. Captivating nose combines sappy dark raspberry, smoke and roast coffee. Lush, broad and dry, with firm acidity currently keeping the flavors under wraps. This conveys strong minerality but is very tight today. Finishes with a solid tannic structure.
